Common questions

How do I move around a gathering?

On iPhone and iPad, use the on-screen controls to walk and drag to look around; walk up to a building’s door to go inside. On a computer, use W A S D and the mouse.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot your password? and we will email you a link to set a new one.

What are coins?

Coins are earned by playing (challenges, quizzes, predictions and the Fantasy Arena) and used inside Al Gerrha. Coins cannot be bought and have no cash value.

How does the Fantasy Arena work?

Inside the Sports City stadium, pick a squad for the Premier League, La Liga or the Saudi Pro League before each gameweek deadline. Your players score points from their real matches, and the best squads win coins and trophies.

Orders, deliveries and refunds

Track your orders under My account → Orders. For returns and refunds see our refund and returns policy, or contact the store from the order page.

How do I delete my account?

Go to My account → Account → Close my account, enter your password and confirm. Your personal data is erased; see the privacy policy for details.

Notifications, microphone and camera

You can allow or block them at any time in Settings → Al Gerrha on your iPhone or iPad.

Report a person or content

Email us with the gathering, the name shown and what happened. We review reports and remove content or accounts that break our rules.
